Ruler and Protractor

Measurement tools for measuring length and angles, for use in many graphic programs (etc. Krita). The tools are in PNG format in many popular resolutions and colors that contrast with the key of the image. They are semi-transparent.

To use their capabilities, preferably read the ruler or protractor to the new layer of your favorite program, Transform tool can be set at any inclination, while the Move tool can be positioned anywhere in the image.
